Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Government Contract Services (GCS) to lead engagements across the U.S. government contracting lifecycle.

You will supervise teams, analyze complex data, and provide practical recommendations on pricing, cost accounting, compliance, and audit readiness for government contracts and grants. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in a related field, 5–8 years’ experience, and professional designations like CPA/CFE/CFA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE or CFA.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal regulations (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200).
• Ability to interpret government acquisition and labor standards regulations.
• Experience in client facing roles and communicating complex concepts.
