Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) – Ground Control Station (GCS) to provide mission-critical technical support for the DZYNE ULTRA UAS in a CONUS-based remote split operations environment. The role focuses on maintaining GCS hardware/software, networking, and secure communications in dynamic field settings.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking expertise, troubleshooting skills, and experience with LOS/BLOS systems, plus an active DoD Secret

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Ground Control Stations or similar mission-critical control systems.
• Strong understanding of Layer 1–3 networking principles.
• Experience configuring and supporting routers, switches, firewalls, Windows Server, DNS, and AD.
• Experience with LOS and BLOS communications systems.
• Proven troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and comms.
• Ability to operate independently as technical lead and point of contact.
• CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications required.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, install, maintain, and support GCS hardware and software.
• Manage and maintain mission-critical network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, servers).
• Ensure LOS/BLOS communications and RF networking reliability.
• Perform system upgrades, software updates, and configuration changes per requirements.
• Lead GCS and network-related troubleshooting for deployments.
• Provide advanced technical support to engineers and operations teams.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and customer requirements with the Program Manager.
• Participate in technical reviews, design reviews, and customer meetings.
