Job summary

DZYNE Technologies is seeking a Field Service Representative I to support UAS operations both CONUS and OCONUS. The role involves hands‑on maintenance, system testing, and customer training in remote, high‑demand environments.

Travel up to 70% worldwide with rotation schedules, ensuring safety, reliability, and mission readiness of airborne and ground systems. Requires active clearance and FAA medical approval.

Qualifications

• Must meet minimum military health standards for deployment.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher with an active background investigation.
• Hold a valid FAA Class 3 medical certificate (or ability to meet standards).
• High computer literacy: software/hardware installation and networking.
• Experience in avionics/electronics: wiring, soldering, drawings, tests.
• Experience with aircraft networks, datalinks, Vortex, SATCOM.
• Experience with COMSEC equipment/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support forward‑deployed or training activities and operations.
• Analyze system operations and provide reports to the home office.
• Complete hardware/parts installation, software connectivity, and interconnectivity.
• Test, repair, remove and replace parts, load software/firmware.
• Perform integrity testing and interview customers for problem details.
• Prepare and present incident/performance reports to customers and service delivery manager.
• Provide complex onsite training for customer support personnel.
