Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) is seeking a Team Lead for the EUC Public Sector to own the GCCH End User Computing environment end-to-end, including Windows, Mac, iOS, and VDI. You will manage vulnerability programs and drive standard operating procedures to meet security expectations.

The role blends hands-on engineering with leadership, coaching Analysts and Engineers, and coordinating with public sector leadership and auditors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in vulnerability management, endpoint engineering, IT security operations, or a closely related field.
• 1–2 years leading a team or mentoring others.
• Hands-on with vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable or similar).
• Experience with GCCH/federal public sector compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts and Engineers supporting the GCCH environment; set priorities and coach on analytical rigor.
• Own end-user device experience from setup to software deployment; manage packaging and deployment across GCCH devices.
