Job summary

World Wide Technology (WWT) seeks a Team Lead for EUC Public Sector to manage GCCH End User Computing end-to-end. You will lead a hands-on team handling Windows, Mac, iOS, and VDI, while overseeing the vulnerability management program and policy compliance.

You will set standards, coach analysts, and collaborate with public sector leadership and auditors. The role requires GCCH eligibility and a background in security operations, DevOps, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in vulnerability management, endpoint engineering, IT security operations, or related field; 1–2 years leading a team or mentoring others.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Tenable or similar), including scan design, prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Experience supporting CMMC, FedRAMP, or other regulated/public sector frameworks.
• Strong experience with RMM/endpoint management tools (NinjaOne, Ivanti Neurons, Microsoft Intune) in Windows and macOS.
• Experience with DevOps-style workflows and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and executive presence; able to translate vulnerability data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Analysts and Engineers supporting the GCCH environment; set priorities, coach on analytical rigor, run 1:1s, develop talent, maintain quality.
• Own the team’s operating cadence — intake, prioritization, WIP visibility, and SLA-driven delivery.
• Represent the End User Computing function to public sector leadership; translate executive direction into work plans for the team.
• Oversee device configuration and management for GCCH: Windows, Mac, iOS, and VDI, with vulnerability management program ownership.
• Own GCCH vulnerability management lifecycle: prioritization, outreach, and remediation tracking through closure.
• Ensure compliance with CMMC governance and maintain SOPs and audit-ready documentation.
