Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Americas Lead for the GCC Sales Engine to guide pursuit strategy, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver compelling, client-centric responses. You will shape win themes, manage a diverse pursuit team, and ensure differentiation across our GCC value proposition.

With 12+ years in GCC/GBS strategy and a Bachelor's degree, you will leverage cross-deal intelligence, drive executive-level narrative, and develop reusable assets for ongoing pipelines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development OR adjacent experience in large deal pursuits.
• 4+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models and the evolving global services landscape.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market in line with priorities and deal complexity.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals, shaping pursuit strategy.
• Bring credible GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team and ensure right expertise at the right moment.
• Drive overall response quality, lead the executive summary, and ensure coherence and differentiation.
• Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets and contribute to win/loss analysis.
