Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Americas Support Lead for the Global Capability Center Sales Engine to deliver high-quality pursuit content and win strategies across GCC opportunities in the Americas market.

You will coordinate with deal leadership from qualification through submission, develop solution narratives, case examples, and executive summaries, and prepare speaker materials for orals while contributing to reusable GCC assets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting sales or delivery.
• 2+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality pursuit content across assigned sections (solution narrative, GCC modules, case examples, executive summaries).
• Apply GCC domain knowledge to strengthen win themes and differentiate Accenture's value proposition.
• Coordinate across deal team and track progress to keep deliverables on schedule.
• Support orals by creating speaker materials, Q&A frameworks, and visuals.
• Contribute to reusable GCC assets and maintain the Americas market library.
