Qualifications

• 12+ years in GBS/GCC strategy, delivery, or business development or adjacent experience in large deal pursuits.
• 4+ years of experience with GCC or GBS operating models and evolving global services landscape.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to challenge thinking and bring credible GCC expertise to senior pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market in line with pipeline priorities and deal complexity.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals, shaping pursuit strategy and win themes.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team to ensure right expertise at the right moment.
• Drive response quality, lead the executive summary, and ensure coherence and differentiation in the proposal.
