Job summary

Blackstone eIT is seeking a Bidding Manager to lead tendering and proposal activities across the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets. You will manage the full bid lifecycle for government, enterprise, and private-sector opportunities, ensuring every submission is compliant, competitive, and aligned with local market requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in bid or proposal management or tendering.
• Experience with UAE and/or KSA markets.
• Strong English writing and Arabic skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bidding activities for UAE and KSA opportunities.
• Prepare compliant technical and commercial proposals for IT projects.
• Coordinate inputs with sales, delivery, finance, legal and leadership teams.
• Ensure submissions meet client instructions, formats, and deadlines.
• Maintain bid library with case studies, credentials, and templates.
• Track bid status and capture lessons learned.
