Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead GCC market initiatives. You will build and manage relationships with IBs, affiliates, and institutional clients, while collaborating with marketing on region-focused campaigns.

You will represent the brand at industry events, monitor GCC regulations and market dynamics, and track KPIs such as revenue and trading volumes. Strong Arabic/English skills required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development focusing on GCC markets.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC.
• Knowledge of GCC market dynamics and regulations.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a GCC-focused business development strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
• Monitor regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Track KPIs including revenue, client acquisition, and trading volumes.
