Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior GCC pursuit strategist to lead cross-continental deals within the GCC Sales Advisory team. The role focuses on shaping strategy, orchestrating diverse teams, and delivering high-impact, client-centric responses across Europe and beyond.

You will drive win themes, coordinate across time zones, and influence pursuit outcomes with credible GCC expertise and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in GBS/GCC strategy or large deal pursuits.
• Familiarity with GCC/GBS operating models.
• Proven ability to challenge thinking and lead senior pursuit teams.
• Strong content development and proposal writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage and prioritize pursuit requests across the Americas market.
• Partner with deal leadership from qualification through submission and orals, shaping pursuit strategy.
• Bring credible cross-deal GCC expertise and competitive intelligence to pursuit teams.
• Orchestrate the integrated pursuit team to engage the right experts.
• Drive overall response quality, lead the executive summary and narrative.
• Build and maintain reusable GCC sales assets.
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and feed insights into the shared asset library.
