Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Reinvention Manager to shape technology strategy and architecture for GCC/GBS setups. You will respond to market demand, drive scalable tech-enabled process reengineering, and lead end-to-end reinvention initiatives with data and AI enablement for new or existing capability centers.

Role requires 5+ years in GCC strategy and organization design, 2+ years in scaling technology operating models, and 1+ year using AI-enabled platforms and automation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
