Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will steer transformation programs, design operating models, and deliver performance improvements for domestic and multinational clients.

Ideal candidates have extensive advisory experience in finance transformation, leadership skills, and a track record in practice development and client delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~8 years of related work experience
• Master's degree with ~7 years of related work experience
• Approximately 8 years of advisory services experience in finance functions
• Experience managing large-scale Finance Transformation/ERP implementations preferred
• Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics and business development
• CPA is desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients
• Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects
• Develop high-performing teams and coach staff
• Contribute to practice development and go-to-market initiatives
• Manage day-to-day project delivery, budgets and risk
• Provide thought leadership on AI-enabled operations and shared services
