Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master’s degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in advisory services in the finance function focused in at least one of: finance operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementations, outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and/or ERP implementations preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies, focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams and governance structures; manage day-to-day project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development, proposals, and thought leadership; contribute to go-to-market initiatives and offerings.
• Mentor and coach team members and support recruitment and capability building
