Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ~8 years of advisory experience.
• Experience in finance function advisory: operating models, performance management, shared services.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation/ERP implementations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements at executive levels and support sales.
• Design end-state GBS models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, service catalogs.
• Mentor teams and contribute to practice development.
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs with automation and AI.
