Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape operating models across finance, HR, supply chain and technology. You will lead engagements with C-suite stakeholders, drive transformation programs, and develop sector-focused GBS offerings that unlock efficiency and growth.

You'll mentor teams, manage budgets, and contribute to go-to-market strategies and thought leadership while advancing EY's vision of a better working world through innovative shared services delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of advisory experience in finance or related functions.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations is preferred.
• Experience in managing engagements, budgets, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focusing on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams and collaborate with C-suite stakeholders.
• Develop sector-specific GBS and outsourcing offerings and reusable transformation assets.
• Mentor and coach teams and contribute to proposals and market-facing initiatives.
