Fogo de Chão in Glen Allen, VA is seeking a Gaucho Chef to prepare and grill beef and other meats using traditional churrasco methods. You will season, portion, and present dishes in the gaucho style while attending to guests’ questions and ensuring the grill area stays clean.

The role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with weekend and holiday availability. Full-time and hourly team members receive comprehensive benefits where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook beef and other meats according to traditional churrasco recipes.
• Season and grill food per prescribed method and guest requests.
• Portion, garnish and present dishes in gaucho style.
• Answer guests' questions about churrasco cuisine and culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and complete shift duties.
