Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook beef and other meats according to traditional churrasco methods.
• Season and grill food per traditional method and guests' requests.
• Portion, garnish and present dishes in the gaucho style.
• Answer guests' questions about churrasco and Brazilian gaucho culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and assist with opening/closing duties.
