Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Gaucho Chef to showcase our churrasco tradition. You will prepare and cook beef and other meats, season and grill to our traditional methods, and present dishes with Brazilian flair to guests.

You’ll also answer questions about churrasco and uphold the Gaucho culture and hospitality. Full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting month one after 60 days; company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability; plus optional

Qualifications

• Experience in churrasco cooking and grilling beef and other meats.
• Ability to season and grill according to traditional methods and guest requests.
• Willingness to stand long hours and work at a fast pace.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook beef and other meats according to churrasco recipes.
• Season and grill food according to traditional method and guests' requests.
• Present dishes to patrons in the Brazilian gaucho style.
• Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and station.
• Complete opening/closing shift duties.
