Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, TX, is seeking a Gatehouse Officer to staff the community entrance and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and security. You will acknowledge visitors, provide directions and parking information, screen traffic, and log all entries.

Prior gatehouse security experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred; must be 18+.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience as a Security Gatehouse Officer preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide assistance at the community gatehouse.
• Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community.
• Provide parking passes, maps, and direct visitors to appropriate spaces.
• Document visitors and contractors in the gatehouse log.
• Notify supervisor of inspectors, government reps, or law enforcement entry attempts.
• Complete detailed incident reports using the online system.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and company information.
