Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• If work location is in the United States, authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Must complete SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
• Preferred qualifications include 1+ year of relevant airline experience and prior face-to-face customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Handle reservations, ticketing, refunds, baggage handling, and excess baggage charges.
• Meet aircraft at gate or loading area and manage passenger movements.
• Process flight forms, close-out times, and post-departure procedures.
• Communicate flight information and safety procedures to passengers.
