Alliance Ground International (AGI) is hiring a Passenger Service Agent to assist travelers at the airport, manage ticketing and baggage tasks, and ensure safe, smooth passenger movement. The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to security procedures, and high-quality customer interactions.

The ideal candidate will be 18+, hold a HS diploma or equivalent, be authorized to work in the U.S., and complete SIDA training. Airline or in-person customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States (or Canada as applicable).
• Must complete SIDA training for airport identification security.
• Preferred qualifications: 1+ year of airline or front-line customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the ticket counter and gate.
• Ensure safety and security is not compromised.
• Assist with reservations, tickets, and baggage handling.
• Handle lost and found, verify documents, and manage refunds.
• Answer inquiries about flight schedules, fares, and travel information.
• Coordinate with flight crew and ground staff to move passengers efficiently.
