Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in our Ground Handling Department in Boston. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding systems, help customers with special needs, and adjust itineraries and seats as needed.

The role requires completing the Gate Agent training, lifting up to 70 pounds, and working all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a team dedicated to safety and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.

• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs.
• Change customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway and work as a team to deliver excellent service.
