The ideal candidate will complete the Gate Agent training, handle equipment up to 70 pounds, and work varied shifts. A strong emphasis on teamwork and safety supports the company’s service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding systems and jetway operations.
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required.
• Work as part of Ground Handling team to deliver excellent service.
