Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a motivated Customer Service Gate Agent to join our Ground Handling Department. You will assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding processes, and help customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.

You may need to change itineraries and seat assignments as required. The role requires successful completion of training, the ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and availability for all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights.
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding.
• Assist customers with special needs, including arranging for wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors.
• Change customer flight itinerary and seat assignments as required.
• Operate the Jetway.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
