Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Customer Service Gate Agent in our Ground Handling Department to assist passengers with boarding, monitor boarding processes, and help customers with special needs. You must complete the Gate Agent training, lift up to 70 pounds, and work all shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Monitor computerized passenger boarding
• Assist customers with special needs, including wheelchairs and unaccompanied minors
• Change flight itineraries and seat assignments as required
• Operate the Jetway
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
