Job summary

Park Nicollet Creekside Clinic is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our Primary Care Frontline team. You will greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-up visits, and support clerical duties while protecting patient confidentiality.

This role also involves answering calls, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Monday–Friday day shift with occasional Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 6 months related experience.
• Accurate computer/keyboard skills required.
• Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principles necessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming calls from patients and employer groups.
• Greet patients, collect co-pays, schedule follow-ups and referrals, and support clerical duties.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and provide courteous, timely service; support process improvements.
