Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in a customer service setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to travel to various locations and have reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and assist with check-in/check-out to support patient experience.
• Verify demographic information, collect copayments, and ensure insurance eligibility where applicable.
• Enter patient information into EMR and assist with documentation.
• Coordinate scheduling and referrals to optimize provider appointments.
