UT Health Athens is seeking a day shift, full-time Gastroenterology Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in Athens, TX. The role supports both clinical and administrative duties in a clinic-based setting under the guidance of a physician or advanced practice provider.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, accredited CMA program, CMA or RMA certification, EMR and MS Office knowledge, and BLS within 14 days of hire. Preferred: associate degree and prior clinic/hospital experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant/program.
• Current CMA or RMA certification.
• Basic EMR and MS Office knowledge.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior patient care and perform clinical and administrative tasks in a clinic setting as part of a care team led by physician or APP.
