Top Echelon Software LLC in Nassau County, Long Island, seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, physician-led group. This role emphasizes outpatient GI care, high-volume patient management, and collaboration with multi-specialty teams.

The position offers a competitive salary with benefits and a path to leadership in a supportive practice. NY licensure is required, with no call and Monday–Friday schedule.

Formación

• Active Board Certification (or Board Eligibility with a clear path) in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive gastroenterology care.
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments, including history taking, physical exams, and interpretation of diagnostic data.
• Outpatient-focused role within a supportive, multi-specialty group, managing a high-volume, diverse patient population.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of GI disorders including IBD, IBS, liver disease, motility and biliary diseases.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with pharmacological and lifestyle interventions.
• Perform and interpret screening and diagnostic procedures (colonoscopies, EGDs) to ensure early detection.
• Maintain accurate EMRs to support clinical workflow and patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, oncologists, and PCPs.
• Promote colorectal cancer screening and chronic liver disease management.
