Zaddy Solutions in Nassau County, Long Island, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a physician-led group renowned for clinical excellence and multidisciplinary collaboration.

The role is outpatient-focused, offering flexible hours Monday–Friday with no on-call requirements. Candidates should have NY licensure, strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow a thriving GI practice.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible with a clear path to certification in internal medicine and gastroenterology
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York State
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care
• Proven ability to grow and manage a local clinical practice
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive gastroenterology care as a key clinical provider
• Perform history taking, physical exams, and interpret labs, imaging, and pathology
• Outpatient-focused role in a multi-specialty group with high-volume GI practice
• Diagnose and manage GI disorders including IBD, IBS, liver disease and biliary diseases
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with medications and lifestyle changes
• Perform and interpret screening procedures (colonoscopies, EGDs) for early detection
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation to support patient safety
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, oncologists, and PCPs
• Promote colorectal cancer screening and chronic liver disease management
• Engage in ongoing medical education and quality improvement efforts
