Job summary

Black-Peak Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician to join the gas turbines team in Miami. You will work with a multi-disciplinary group to develop micro-gas turbine engines and subsystems for power and flight applications.

The role requires hands-on hardware assembly, testing, and experience with vibration data systems, GD&T, and Creo. Onsite lab work in Miami is required, with competitive benefits and a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Background in engineering or manufacturing.
Hands-on hardware assembly and testing experience.
Experience with vibration data acquisition systems.

Responsibilities

Support engineers and improve test data recording, processing, reporting and test wrap-up.
Improve and maintain test documents including procedures, plans and results.
Resolve deviations and implement corrective actions for reliable results.
Assist in fabrication, mechanical assembly and data acquisition for tests.
Operate rigs and test stands with attention to detail and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular maintenance of equipment and ensure safety procedures.
