Drove Aeropower in Georgia is seeking hands-on engineers to build gas turbine engines from the ground up, test them, and push continuous improvement across the development cycle. This role emphasizes ownership, problem solving, and working beside engineers to solve real hardware challenges.

You will assemble, inspect, and test engines and supporting systems, document results, and contribute to safer, more reliable, and repeatable testing processes in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience assembling engines or complex mechanical systems to engineering specs and tight tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience with electrical wiring and troubleshooting; knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems; instrumentation and sensors.

Responsabilités

• Build, inspect, configure, and install development and production engines to specifications.
• Pre- and post-test inspections, engine test procedures, and monitoring of engine performance and test stand systems.
• Build, modify, and maintain test stands and tooling; document build records.
