Qualifications

• 2+ years mechanical and electrical experience with shop tools and test equipment.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• 2+ years in a gas turbine environment with emphasis on electrical systems, instrumentation, and controls.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fluent English reading/writing.

Responsabilités

• Perform dynamic testing and troubleshooting of gas turbines during engine tests.
• Set up and use data acquisition systems; interpret test data against acceptance criteria.
• Adjust engine controls and test equipment to meet objectives.
• Operate and maintain test cell auxiliary systems such as load banks and emission monitoring.
• Document test logs and related testing activities accurately.
• Assist with installation and removal of gas turbines and test equipment.
• Collaborate to troubleshoot test cell electrical controls and instrumentation.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of facilities and equipment.
• Promote safety and lean initiatives within the facility.
• Provide guidance to junior Test Technicians and work independently as needed.
