Qualifications

• Familiar with company policies and training standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding customer service and a welcoming store environment.
• Oversee daily store operations, including gas pumps and merchandise management.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Control expenses, shrink, and maintain signage and stock.
• Prepare daily reports and fuel surveys.
• Be flexible to cover shifts and travel between district locations.
