Qualifications

• Two plus years of Emergency Dispatching Experience – EMS/Police/Fire/Gas/Utility required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test per DOT regulations; random tests.
• Must be available to work 24/7; shifts required.
• Progression periods for rating required.
• Successful completion of company training programs and oral exams.

Responsibilities

• Process gas service orders including emergencies, odors, repair requests, meter turn ons/offs.
• Handle meter investigations and exchanges as part of daily duties.
• Support 24/7 operation and respond to emergency police and fire lines.
