Reporting to the Gas Seals Reliability Manager, you will perform analyses, deliver technical feedback, and contribute to strategic plans while upholding our commitment to safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Extensive experience in mechanical engineering roles is expected.
• Experience with rotating equipment and oil & gas projects is advantageous.
• Knowledge of failure analysis and root cause analysis preferred.
• Ability to read P&ID and GA drawings is required.
• Familiarity with controls and instrumentation is a plus.
• Strong planning, independent work, and meeting facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate in-house test failures and assess dry gas seal designs.
• Perform calculations and analyses for known mechanisms.
• Prepare and present technical materials to internal and external customers.
• Provide technical feedback to customers and sales teams.
• Support commercial teams in technical meetings with customers.
• Collaborate with Development Engineering when creating solutions.
• Work with Operations to keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Use FEA tools to investigate issues and propose fixes.
• Create concept sketches in CAD to illustrate design changes.
• Offer detailed technical support for customer queries.
