Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Experience with mechanical seals and rotating equipment; basic engineering principles.
• Strong PC/software knowledge and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Review customer applications and recommend MTBR improvements with oversight.
• Direct installation and commissioning of mechanical seals and support systems.
• Collect and evaluate customer data; report results using reliability software.
• Provide customer training and support, and lead reliability activities on site.
