Job summary

Eversource seeks a Supervisor, Sales, Customer Thermal Solutions to oversee and coordinate the support and service delivered to mid-account and residential gas customers. You will lead a team, set priorities, and ensure timely installations, policy compliance, and high-quality customer service across MA/CT/NH markets.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of gas distribution operations, and experience in sales support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of five (5) years in marketing, sales, sales support or general business management.
• Gas experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the activities related to support and service for mid-account and residential gas customers.
• Leads and trains Gas Sales Representatives and staff to deliver programs, products and services.
• Ensures policy, load and revenue estimation, and billing procedures are followed.
• Works cross-functionally to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Interviews and recommends candidates for employment or advancement.
