Qualifications

• Minimum five years in marketing, sales support or general business management; gas experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, coordinates and provides leadership to Gas Sales Representatives and other staff delivering programs and services to mid-account and residential gas customers.
• Ensures company policies on pipe extensions, rate terms and conditions, load and revenue estimation are communicated and implemented.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve customer service, operational efficiency and profitable revenue growth.
• Works cross-functionally to improve all gas sales customer service activities, including new customer connections, corporate positioning and DSM initiatives.
• Interviews and recommends candidates for employment, advancement and termination.
