Eversource Energy seeks a Supervisor, Sales, Customer Thermal Solutions to lead the Gas Sales team serving mid-account and residential customers. This full-time role is based in the MA/CT region with travel as needed and reports to the Gas Sales leadership.

You will guide service delivery, ensure policy adherence, drive revenue growth, coordinate billing issues, and mentor staff. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years in marketing or sales, with a valid driver's license; salary range is

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum of five years in marketing, sales, sales support, or general business management; gas experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and leads Gas Sales Representatives serving mid-account and residential gas customers.
• Ensures policy communication and implementation on pipe extensions, rate terms, load and revenue estimation.
• Participates in cross-functional teams to improve customer service, efficiency and revenue growth.
• Oversees dealer, residential and M&J gas sales service activities including new connections and DSM.
• Evaluates, develops and implements changes in methods and work practices; ensures regulatory compliance.
• Ensures staff understand work practices and regulations and provides training as needed.
• Interviews and recommends candidates for employment, advancement and termination.
