Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a capable operator to manage the operation of compressors, pumps, valves, pipelines and associated gas processing equipment across plant facilities. You will ensure efficient operation, monitor process conditions, and respond to alarms while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires high school or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work 24/7 shifts.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license in state of residency.
Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment with shift rotations and call outs.
Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, and maintain plant facilities and related equipment.
Seek to optimize processing by maintaining product specifications.
Respond to alarms and problems and take corrective actions.
Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates and levels to meet operating targets.
Participate in safety programs and ensure compliance with environmental standards.
Oversee third-party construction or maintenance activities.
May perform lab tests and minor repairs as needed.
Comply with LOTO procedures and safety policies.
