Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an operations professional to run and maintain gas processing equipment at our Midland facilities. You will oversee compressors, pumps, valves, and related systems with emphasis on reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, monitoring process variables, and coordinating with control centers and third parties. A HS diploma/GED and experience in midstream operations are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience levels vary by job level (C: 0–2 years, B: 2–4 years, A: 4+ years) in midstream operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment and systems.
• Optimize processing by maintaining product specifications.
• Respond to alarms and take corrective measures.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain required trainings, policies, and procedures.
