Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
2+ years of relevant industry experience or equivalent.
Technical certification or equivalent training in mechanical or energy-related field preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Knowledge of operation and control of processing/treating plant systems.
Basic math skills (percentages, ratios, proportions).
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
Ability to work under potentially stressful and hazardous conditions.
Effective communication with team and stakeholders.
Proactive problem solving and dependability.

Responsibilities

Manage and control gas plant process, ensuring safety, efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Oversee operation of gas processing equipment; monitor temperatures and pressures.
Troubleshoot issues and identify operational problems promptly.
Start and stop compressors or pumps as needed.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
