Job summary

Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation seeks a Plant Operator to manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of gas processing plants, compressors, and pipelines in the Appalachian Basin. You will operate and monitor cryogenic processing plants and amine treating systems, ensuring safe, efficient production in compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities include responding to alarms, optimizing processing, maintaining logs, and overseeing contractor work.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Technical certification or equivalent training preferred.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
Knowledge of operation and design of processing plants is required.
Basic math calculations (percentages, ratios) required.
Basic computer skills (Word/Excel) required.
Ability to work under potentially stressful/hazardous conditions.

Responsibilities

Operate, inspect and maintain plant equipment including cryogenic plants and amine treating systems.
Respond to alarms and take corrective measures to protect safety and output.
Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates and levels to meet performance specs.
Oversee construction/maintenance activities by third parties and schedule work.
Maintain daily log sheets and plant reports; coordinate with teams.
