Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 0+ years of relevant experience for Level C, up to 4+ years for Level A. Strong mechanical aptitude, communication, and the ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Level C: 0–2 years of relevant experience; Level B: 2–4 years; Level A: 4+ years.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and have good organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment and systems (compressors, pumps, valves, etc.).
• Respond to alarms and optimize processing to meet product specs.
• Monitor and control pressures, temperatures, and flow rates to ensure safe operation.
• Follow safety policies, perform LOTO procedures, and support maintenance activities.
