Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a plant operator to run compressors, motors, cooling equipment, pumps, and associated gas processing equipment at our Texas facilities. You will ensure cost-effective and safe operation of gas processing, treating units, and pipelines while following procedures.

The role requires the ability to monitor process variables, respond to alarms, and work in a 24/7 environment with potential travel. Strong communication and safety-mindedness are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment and shift rotations.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license in state of residency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment and systems.
• Respond to alarms and problems and take corrective actions.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to achieve operating results.
• Participate in safety programs and adhere to procedures and certifications.
