Energy Transfer LP is seeking a plant operator to run compressors, pumps and related gas processing equipment across its facilities in Texas. You will monitor process systems, adjust start/stop rates, and ensure safe, compliant operation in a 24/7 environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work across rotating shifts with attention to safety and efficiency. Training and certifications may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license in state of residency.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment and respond to emergencies.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and perform field tasks.

Responsabilités

• Operate, inspect, and maintain plant equipment including cryogenic plants, hydrocarbon fractionation, LNG facilities, engines, compressors and pumps.
• Seek to optimize processing by maintaining proper product specifications.
• Respond to alarms and problems and take corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, flow rates, and levels to achieve operating results.
• Comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
