Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is seeking an experienced plant manager to oversee the gas processing operation in the Northeast Ohio area. You will supervise plant staff, equipment, and safety, and act as the lead onsite representative providing technical and operational direction.

Collaborate with the landfill partner Republic Services, regulators, and key customers to achieve downtime/uptime targets while maintaining strict safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in petrochemical/oil/gas/energy environments.
• Hands-on with equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gas processing operations and supervise plant staff.
