Monitoring, Control & Compliance Inc. (MCC) seeks a seasoned Landfill Gas Operations Supervisor in Ohio to oversee multiple LFG collection systems, supervise technicians, and liaise with site management to ensure project success.

You will monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot LFG control systems, document daily activities, train staff, and enforce safety policies while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• 5 years Landfill Gas experience.
• Management or supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows and Office (Excel, Outlook, Adobe).
• Understanding of state and federal regulations governing landfill gas systems.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; able to operate tools safely.
• Maintains daily logs and readings.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens, background checks, MVR checks.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with site management to set priorities for project success and coordinate with project managers/supervisors.
• Supervise and manage multiple landfill gas collection systems and technicians.
• Perform monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of landfill gas collection and control systems.
• Train other technicians on landfill gas systems operations.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
• Document daily activities and verify corrective actions for continuous compliance.
• Follow safety policies and PPE protocols at all times.
• Occasionally respond to after-hours callouts as needed.
